I'm really bad with lyrics and for the longest time thought they were shouting "Tony Haaaaawk" until noticing the title one day and putting two and two together
Might as well tell this one again People who shared the office building with the original developer of THPS thought the company, Neversoft, made porn because of its name
i think i spent 10000 hours playing 3. i think airport was my favorite state with the small room at the bottom of an escalator/stairs where there's a circular baggage carousel... could literally grind for infinity.
I spent much of my youth attempting the final challenge in Tony Hawk Underground on Sick mode. Goddamn those telephone wires.
it's just occurred to me that I really only played thps 3 and 4 so despite these being remakes they'll be completely new to me
the first console I owned beyond the Genesis/SNES generation was a PS2, and THPS 3 was freshly released when I got it, never went backwards apparently you'll be ok
just preordered the deluxe edition. upset i didn’t see the collector’s edition until after. a signed tony hawk board would be p sweet
Switch graphics are inferior to Xbox and PS4? I don't know much about it. But that's why, for example, the new Call of Duty game in 2019 was only available on PC/XBOX/PS4
Nobody caping up 4 as the best soundtrack (and TNT as the most iconic song?) Drunken lullabies, My Adidas, Dead Kennedy’s, System of a Down, Iron Maiden I still can’t hear AC/DC without wanting to play Tony Hawk.
I just don't like AC/DC all that much *ducks* But TNT does always remind me of the game, particularly one specific memory while playing
yeah I just went ahead and got it from Best Buy, was gonna wait for digital to play the first map but I think I'd just rather have it all at once when it gets here
I pulled the best songs from 1-4 and THUG and made a playlist out of it when I was a kid. That was the best. Thanks, wayne
I wish they’d remake the Dave Mirra (RIP in peace) games also. Played the shit out of the one on GameCube.
