That was the most Dan Harmon episode yet. Enjoyable, good not great.

Is that the same episode that had the Simple Rick's commercials? Because those might be my favorite moments in the series after the opening of Total Rickall

 

don't think so. the Roy simulator was in the episode where R&M drop off Jerry at the Jerry Daycare center and R&M end up trying to save Fart until they realized he was going to terminate their universe

the only thing I have seen him in was Airwolf. First time I saw the JMV reference I chuckled audibly because I hadn't heard his name in over 30 years.

Finally saw the new episode and while there were some funny moments, overall it was kind of meh. Kind of felt like I was watching the writers room jerk themselves off for a half hour

 

Roiland’s other show Solar Opposites is pretty damn funny as well

 

Watched two episodes and I'm a big fan of Solar Opposites. Reviews say it gets better as it goes too.

 

The lives of people in the terrarium is my favorite part

Noticed tonight: when the dogs take over the world, the robot suits they build are bipedal. In S3E10 when Rick is fighting the president and he puts on a robot suit, it has 4 legs

 

Fucking amazing episode. I honestly am way more invested in the wall story than anything else in the show. This is definitely the best episode so far.

 

The vat of acid episode was great. Best episode this season IMO.

Oh my god, that long homage to Alive fucking absolutely killed me, especially when it was Morty's dad who screwed it up.

 

There's finally an Adult Swim app for Firestick and various other streaming devices.

 

It’s been out on Roku for at least 6 months. I watched the first half of this season on it back in November

 

I’ve finished through episode 7 of season 4 and have to say I’m kind of disappointed. I think there was an article where Harmon basically said they’re going for quantity over quality and it kind of shows. Feels like a bunch of good kernels of ideas that aren’t quite polished the way they used to be.

Still watching but it feels weaker than the other seasons so far.

 

Huh? I've had a firestick app for like a year at least I feel like.

It's garbage. Constantly has auth problems and crashes.

 

Understand not wanting seasons every two years, but rather wait for better content.

I'd actually recently watched this quite popular video from 2015 (a simpler time). Pretty much spoiled the whole damn episode.
