The Royals second best non pitching prospect is only 17 years old so he should maybe be ready by 2024 or 2025 lol
I see a lot of talk about bats. Well guess what. What we need is more pitchers. If your entire team is pitchers, you can never lose. Shortstop? Pitcher. Center? Pitcher. Pitcher? Pitcher. The key to baseball is to draft only pitchers and then trade them for other pitchers
it would’ve been funny if he got it on a challenge, but pretty cool for a former junction city blue jay lot of guys from the region on this team
Damnit. Probably tweaked a hip/back when he slipped. Was still hitting 100+ so I don’t think it’s serious but he was missing his spots pretty bad. But my lord that tailing 101 then the yellow hammer. It’s like Soria on steroids.
My issue is he eggs on the cookieness of Hud. Ryno calls him out for being a meatheaded dummy which is a good dynamic. Phys encourages it. And I can’t fault LeFevre. He 100% admits he wants to take advantage of any chance he has to call games with Denny. I’m just worried about when Denny retires and Ryan takes over the radio side and we’re left with Hud and Phys for a decade.
idk what to expect with heath but we’ve all seen enough of phillips and as far as I’m concerned this season they just need to play these young guys and see what they got
OH SHIT! Rosenthal with that neon blue sports guard from Glidewell laboratories. No wonder he hit his spots.
:Johnny Gomes voice: Best record in the NL.... We Beat em. Best record in the AL.... Sorry boys, not on our team, BUT WE BEAT THEIR ASS TOO!!!
Decide your Dozier/Fraco/McBroom 1/3rd dilemma. Figure out if you want Dozier/Solar in RF. Decide if Whit is better replacing Lopez at 2nd or the Merry Go Round in CF. It’s not a good lineup but at least seems like a low level ML lineup instead of the AAA wannabes weve been running out.
Stop the season. Trade Rosenthal for any bat possible. Just a classic DM, this guys been shit since his Tommy John but maybe this year....he ends up being better than he’s ever been. What.
Obviously we all drop our pants (rightfully so) when we see Staumont take the mound but shout out to the kid grinding for 3 innings after taking a ball 101 off his pitching hand. Deserved the W.
