I've frankly given up on following/watching/listening to them. These idiots couldn't manage a Burger King, let alone a major league franchise. They've finally done it - they've lost me. I never thought I'd ever, ever abandon this franchise, but between the shitty play, shitty management, condescension from DM, the abortion of a TV broadcast deal, the exorbitant cost of going to a game anymore, I'm done. They've sucked the joy out of it. It's kind of freeing.

Yeah, I posted that before I heard the presser. Sounds like JJ is getting 2023 to prove himself. Cal and Mike are gone though. I don’t know what to do about manager but the first 2 calls I hope he makes should be to Kyle Snyder and Brian Bannister. Two former Royals that have already proven they know how to ID and develop dominant pitching.
Isnt there a site that tracks all of those and has each players “typical” number of HRs? (Like every ball that would of been a HR in over half the parks). I swear I’ve seen a list like that before.
We’ve had a sub .400 winning percentage since 2018. Sorry we expect to sniff .500 once or twice a decade.
I truly can't fathom how people (mostly pundits) think getting rid of DMGM is a bad move. In 16 seasons we were better than .500 for only 3 of them and we lost 90+ games 9 times. He caught lightning in a bottle for two seasons and everything else was dogshit.
