It really isn't. They just need to fire werthers original and swap in a new GM that knows you can draft good Offensive Line players. Brett Veach has shown you can flip the entire line in one offseason with no cap space.
They have a terrible owner like the Falcons though that will let this get really bad before making a change. Also they have no first round pick this draft. It’s probably fixable this off-season but not with the current GM still in place.
