Considering what Arkansas has been through I think they recovered quite nicely with this hire. It could be worse, this seems somewhat safe.
arkansas trying hard nose football with the rest of the SEC using jerrys grandson as QB seems like a great idea 0/10 hire
The Muschamp experiment made me hesitant about coordinators as head coaches so this sort of blows my mind.
Not an ideal situation but think its a good hire for Arkansas given the reasons they got turned away by so many first choice candidates He wants to be there, loves the state and program. And he's at least going to be a placeholder that will restock the talent pool for 4/5 years before the next guy can come in.
If he hires good coordinators and recruits like I think he will then I actually like this I hated the Chad hired from day 1 and him bringing his entire offnsibr staff from smu gave him no shot Pittman will hire adults
