"this isn't good" "The fuck happened now" "I don't want to click on this thread" Sure fucking enough...
“Little Gabbi couldn’t play the tambourine worth a damn as a second grader so good thing she’s dead.” -Gun Execs fuck this fucking shit
Some white shoes law firm partner told an associate to prepare these requests for production, the associate hesitated, got fired, and the next associate did it quickly with a big old fucking smile on his face. Then billed a (.3) to the file.
well believe it or not there are still morons who defend rogan in there and he’s had jones on numerous times
Looks like he really did not want to tell the defendants how he makes money and where that money comes from so the judge granted a default I wonder if the people who back him just told Jones they would pay the default so weird
I mean it’s weird to just not comply with a judges order to the point where a default is granted against you and the plaintiff gets 100% of what they ask for
To me Jones both didn’t want to comply because he didn’t want to disclose but also Alex Jones is a lazy piece of shit who probably just didn’t want to do it because it wasn’t easy to comply and he kept firing counsel who told him to comply
Mother fucker deserves to be thrown down a well to live out his days in the piss and shit he fucking fostered.
could be a considerable amount. this type of tort allows for punitive damages. it's going to be annoying to chase him down for the money but it could yield some wacky asset forfeitures down the road if these parents basically want to hunt him to the ends of the earth for their rightfully won money.
Sometimes I think about how the whole idea of "American exceptionalism" was always a joke, but Sandy hook forever killed that. Republicans lining up to say "we just can't do anything to stop someone from massacring 5-6 year old kids with a machine gun" was probably the most disgusting political moment of my lifetime (and there's a lot of contenders).
All of their actions after it. Remember when they said Obama's tears were for show during the presser after?
depends on how much money he has. i know in texas that your homestead, two cars per person, and retirement accoutns are generally protected. if he has a bunch of money in like a brokerage or savings account, the families are going to get 100% of that.
certainly. the plaintiffs will have to request that, and i'm sure they will. if he tries to move money around to hide it from a judgment, he's going to prison.
I think one allegation was that the money was moved far ahead of this result. My guess is that a bunch of forensic accountants would take on the job pro bono if needed. Hopefully he lives a life of absolute poverty
I'd go back to college and get a degree in accounting and do an apprenticeship in forensic accounting and then do it pro bono
If the Knowledge Fight podcasters and a plaintiff lawyer can track down the shell game of corporations Jones uses then actual experts will have zero issues.
Is free speech under attack? Should judges be allowed to cancel Alex Jones just for asking questions? We interview two supreme court justices, who believe this radical ruling will have a chilling effect on speech in America, here on Tucker
I think Urban Meyer's unhinged machiavellianism in his time at Florida should absolutely result in the sort of catastrophic cascade that results in Alex Jones being president of that university. The pinnacle of post-fuckaround findoutmanship.
