Admirable. So how far can you run in 5 seconds? That's how long it takes to change out a magazine if you know what you're doing.
Pretty fucking far honestly. I imagine a guy with a gun becomes amazingly less accurate after 5-6 seconds and I am 30-40 yards away
gateway pundit seems confident they found his instagram accts http://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2018/02/breaking-instagram-account-fl-shooter-nicholas-cruz/
Math teacher Jim Gard told the Herald that Cruz was previously identified as a threat to the school in previous years. “We were told last year that he wasn’t allowed on campus with a backpack on him,” Gard recalled. fuck
Rich Eisen is out of shape and old ran the 40 under 6 seconds, I'm sure a teen can run 40 yards in 5 seconds. Probably enough time to find an exit or some place away from the shooter
Jeb got shit on for this, but I appreciate that he was actually honest. This is how the Republican Party feels about this topic even if they won’t say it.
Running a straight line without a gun being shot at you is completely different than trying to run and dodge bullets.
In an argument with a friend over this line of thinking now. It’s infuriating how obtuse and oblivious people can be.
I think this thread would be better if we had more posts about the 40 yard dash times of high school students running in a serpentine pattern while under fire.
Ran a 4.6 in high school my senior year. I could probably dodge a spray from an AR-15 with little effort.
nothing makes you prouder to be an american than doing a lockdown drill in a kindergarten classroom the extreme feeling of freedom is enough to bring a tear to your eye as you look at your classroom flag
Wouldn't it be great if everyone had a list of people that are NRA members and their places of employment so America could start boycotting their goods and services.
It's a fair start. If I have to reload my rifle at the range 8 times instead of 4 because someone else thinks it might make a difference, then so be it. I'll deal. But look at the Snapchat someone posted. These kids are frozen in fear (and I certainly don't blame them). Nobody is going to have the frame of mind to get up and run because the shooting stopped for a few seconds.
There are tons of videos of people running as gun fire goes off in the background from like our daily multiple mass shootings we get
