Abortion isn't a Constitutional right. Roe v. Wade isn't legislation. I think Congress should pass legislation defining what is legal and isn't irt abortion. If they are unable to do their job, unfortunately it's a state issue. I'm generally pro-choice. I just think the process of it's legality should be different than you do.
