My only question is how long do they drag it out. I'm much more interested to see Jon's interactions post revival, than watching melisandre regain her faith. Hopefully they bring him back by episode 3, 4 at the latest so we can watch the actual interesting part of this storyline
For a bookfag thread, you guys sure talk about Jon coming back a lot. If the books didn't exist, you'd have zero inclination that this was even a possibility.
Uh yeah they would. Thoros and Melisandre are both in the same religion. We've seen him bring people back to life. Why can't she, or at least why can't people talk about the possibility of that happening?
Davos alluded to it last night. I think it will happen next episode. shit is going down at sundown, I don't think they will be able to stretch it out any longer.
Needs to happen end of next episode or during episode 3 at the latest IMO. I think dragging it out with a series of teases will have consumers turning on the show.
I couldnt tell what they wanted the viewer to see in real time. But, they clearly panned back to it and froze on it for a second for everyone to look at. Is there something about King's Blood drying quickly or anything like that? I wasnt thinking about shapes last night and that thought popped into my head. But, maybe enough time elapsed between the end of last season and the beginning of this one for the blood to dry normally.
Watching with wife: JY: Yes finally. Show me them tater tots. JY's wife: :rolls eyes: JY: Wait. Whaaa? JY's wife: Hahahaha yes this is what you deserve Both of us: WHAT THE FUCK WHY WOULD THEY SHOW THAT.
The dragon makes sense to me because that streak on top could be its neck/head. But, this is probably a case of me seeing what I want to see rather than whats actually there. I can see the wolf I guess, but it looks more like a bull head on the right to me (no idea if that figure would hold any significance or not) with those two horns. And now that I look at it more, it looks like a raging bull. You can kind of see the hind legs and the tail on the far left?
Actually now I'm seeing a dragons head blowing fire on the right instead of the wolf. I wish they would just drop all the episodes at once.
I can see how it could be dragon wings, but I also see a a body with two arms bent at the elbows. The arm on the right is bent upwards with that long streak towards the upper-right corner being a sword. The white patch in the middle could represent a sigil like on a suit of armor.
This made me see something new, which my be what you are describing. Two different shapes: Small wolf on the left Dragon on the right
I literally just made an even shittier paint version that i was trying to upload when I saw your post.
I wouldnt be focusing on this at all if they hadnt blatantly panned over to it and paused on it for a second. I may just be seeing what I want, but that left figure definitely looks like a holwing wolf to me. Hind legs and short tail on the left. Head pitched up to howl. Also the two shapes we thing are the wolf and dragon head are clearly darker that the rest of the bloodstain, even though based on where he was stabbed that shouldnt be the case. I dont know, theyre probably sitting back laughing today at all of us nerds dissecting this one still frame.
This, but include the splattering below the dragon as it blowing fire. Or it could be a wolf blowing flames. I'm having trouble seeing the wolf on the left though.
so is that what she looks like without her necklace on /that's her true form, or did she change shapes to deceive for some purpose
