Alabama gets quality road win....S Carolina turns to shit immediantly. Alabama no longer has quality road win.
Called the NIT a week ago. It's time for our collapse. You can see our psyche is really bad late in games the past two weeks. Our bench and post production is a glaring weakness. Silva is a difference maker, but can't stay on the court. Kotsar hit a wall. Freshmen guards also hitting thay wall. Guard play being inconsistent outside of Sin ain't helping.
Also, Frank's inability to get a rotation figured out likely has guys questioning their role with the team.
Here is the Dance Card as of now. Interesting that they have both Vandy and Tennessee in as of now. This weeks matchup between UT/Vandy is huge for both of their chances. Would be crazy to get 6 SEC teams in with how average the league has been http://www.unf.edu/~jcoleman/dance.htm
Another silver lining of being a fan of a team that's so absolutely awful is watching opposing coaches trying to find nice things to say about your team during these conference calls. Cal shovels shit for a living, but this made me laugh
Yante out the rest of the season. He comes back for Sr yr. Mark Fox is fired. We become slightly less dog shit. Profit
The bubble is historically bad this year. Teams with top 10 SOS like Vandy and Tenn are being rewarded even though their record is shit. Similar to when Georgia got an at large bid in 2001 when they were 16-14 and got bounced in the first round by Mizzou
Good one. Yante now gives Fox an excuse for McGarity to keep him. We're going to have the exact same season next year.
Great news. Might need a scope in the offseason, but at least it's nothing major Love watching him play.
Liked the way Hayes played against Miss St. Still think UF can make a little noise in March if Allen gets hot and Hill doesn't play like ass.
Yeah everyone loves the way Hayes plays with his hustle and D but he's not Egbunu on the offensive end. The biggest concern is behind him. Walk on Skyler Rimmer and Keith Stone who thinks he's a spot up 3 point specialist who doesn't have to play D. And yeah as weird as it sounds, this team goes as Hill goes.
Yeah, don't feel great. We looked awful Saturday without Egbunu, Barry is a game time decision at best with an ankle and Keith Stone is still dealing with some sort of mystery illness that has left him useless.
Silva and Thornwell pick up some really dumb fouls at times. Wasn't a fan of that call on Silva though
had a couple silly ones against Vandy too. I'm a big fan of his. Some games he does a great job, and some games he takes some silly risks.
I'm not sure what defense you were watching but he blew an assignment or was lazy making a switch or close out on about five straight possessions where Florida extended the lead and then took a bad shot and forced a turnover after dribbling under the rim on offense. He's a liability.
