You ain’t lying this starting lineup we put out there was comical and we went on an 18-3 run to start the game
I know Georgia fans (having just won the national championship in football) don’t give a flying fuck, but they have be the most underachieving program in basketball history.
it has always been crazy to me that they can't be better. If they could just keep half the guys that go to Auburn they'd be pretty good.
Tennessee has historically had an easier time getting guys out of Atlanta than Memphis. Auburn and Alabama have woken up and are interested in basketball now. Which I love. But Vanderbilt has been more interested in basketball than UGA my entire life.
no offense but I don't really see the huge difference in most of the schools you mentioned and UT (other than UGA). UT has won what, 2 or 3 regular season league title in 35 years and 0 tournaments?
Oh, UT has underachieved as well. The SEC as a whole, outside Kentucky, historical has. I’m fairly confident that the SEC will become the “best” basketball conference in America sooner than later. Geography, demographics, and so much money basically make it had stop.
Well that was a pleasant surprise to wake up to. Im sure we will get throttled by LSU by at least 20 this weekend.
Georgia fans and therefore the administration don't give a single shit about basketball. We are literally the worst P5 team in the nation, and there is zero pressure on the AD to do anything. Crean will get fired after the year, but absent getting completely lucky with a head coaching hire, we're never going to have a real basketball program. The only priority with our basketball program is making sure it doesn't affect football.
After we lost to Vandy I thought we were the worst team in the league this year. Thank goodness for Missouri.
I meant in institutional priorities. They let their track team fold completely last year. Only brought it back when there was huge public outrage. They will sacrifice the other sports for football
Fun fact: blind dog bet on Bellarmine (and lost) for us earlier this season he’s never heard of them either
I think they’re probably in the same second tier group as y’all, they just had the hardest opening SEC slate of anyone.
We need the W. Gotta "hold serve" at home. I'm losing hope but there's the chance we can still really "gel" as the season goes on, so we have to at least stay in the fight early. I'm wondering if our guys even practice, or if maybe they're like "eh, COVID, just go out there and try to make something happen." Because we turn the ball over at an astronomical rate
We made a fortune on Arkansas last year. With Covid and minimal Covid and injury reporting it’s exhausting to keep up with.
they should have covered, I didn’t say that part was a lie I have heard of them before, so you’re a liar. Lmbo and don’t you feel like an idiot for scrolling thru a shit load of texts to find that
