I've got a teaser on Dallas -2.5 and Under 54.5

 

6 point teaser, right? My book is at 9, so I end up at -3, which isn't as attractive.

 

Yeah its 6. You can do a 6.5 pt teaser for -120 juice normally. You might be able to catch that.

 

I did the same, but a 7 pt teaser

 

Yea, let me buy the half for -120. Could have gotten a full point for -130, but obviously didn't need it. Got -2.5 and u55 for 2 units. Riding you, Sem.

Little safer play, no? 6 points is nice to have. Granted, a straight parlay would have hit tonight.

 

of course it's safer...which is obviously why they make you pay for it....but I have been following most of the posts this season of people taking teasers...I don't think I've found one yet that the parlay would have lost.

 

You have a point. I need to start tracking it myself. I've just done it on a few games that I didn't really have an opinion either way and Sem felt good on a teaser. Gave me a little action.

 

Technically teasers only pay 2.6:1. I agree that you should never play them in college, but they're very profitable in the NFL.
