Boots on the ground pt2 in Torino…only to find out upon showing up at the stadium that the match is postponed due to the Pope dying because how dare you play football the day the Pope dies in an officially secular country.
Old ownership was in trouble with the law and had to sell the team. New owner is cheap and insane, has fired almost a half dozen coaches in the last couple of years and I saw they played like 40 different players this year. Its a fucking cluster fuck and I don't think its going to improve anytime soon.
I’ve never given more a fuck about the Copa Italia than I do today. Our only shot of semi legit European action next year.
This ref has lost the match Ferguson should’ve been sent off with a red card Now he gives Pulisic a yellow
Match was lost in the 1H we missed point blank on two attempts, one needed to get to the back of the net. The elbow not reviewed should’ve taken a player off the pitch. Then the yellow that should’ve been a red followed moments later when that same player on yellow should’ve been given another yellow instead the fouls against Christian that ended up with him getting a yellow. We need new ownership, the removal of Maldini in shameful behavior and now a owner who could give one fuck about this team and left idiots in charge to run the team without oversight
This league is a fucking joke, no foul, no yellow and no red for us in the Copa italia... but today its a red.
Putting the league title matches from Sunday to Friday is another example to why this league is shit tier.
Napoli have done just about everything but score... At some point you got to believe they get a goal. But goodness is Cagliari playing tough
"perhaps the signing of the season" "To think Manchester United thought it was ok to let him go, perhaps that's why they are 16th in the premier league" lol... things could always be worse in Milan
Its extremely early but at least Igli Tare is making moves that make sense... He was decisive about Alegri (not a fan of his style of football, but he's a proven winner in Italy) Cutting some dead weight in Abraham, Sottil, Walker, Jovic, Florenzi. Telling Roma to fuck off and pay for Salamakers (I would like him sold fwiw) Telling Man City the price is 70m and seems to be sticking to it. Keeping Mike and Leao. Trying to keep Theo (8m for him is a bit crazy after two awful seasons at Milan) Take the 20m and run to the bank. We can live with a slimmed down roster for the 25/26 season without euro action. But we still need to spend to improve, a LB, CB, CM are going to be needed.
Sure feels like everyone is getting the fuck out. Mike Theo Tamori Tijjani Leao Pulisic All seem like they are flirting with leaving.
If Milan can sell Musah for 25m and flip that around for Ricci that would be one amazing piece of business.
Who are some targets you guys want at the club you follow? Let’s get some offseason convo going. It can’t all be me crashing out
