My most favorite building is the Guardian Building in Detroit. Built in 1929, classic Art Deco, what a beaut

Per this Instagram page with really bad grammar, the Grand Hyatt project in Manhattan is currently slated to be 503M tall. It would be the 1st building in this hemisphere to crack 500M.
I can’t imagine nyc will want to let another building surpass the freedom tower anytime soon
