Can we use spoilers for pictures?

Here is one of the better proposals in Atlanta. They are moving swiftly and trying to break ground asap. Not Supertall status, but still cool.

It would be the second tallest tower in the city.

    98 14th Street- 74 stories; 920 feet; 382 residential units; 180 corporate suites; 60,370 SF retail

Two more that have some great design

    lilli Midtown- already under construction

    [IMG] [IMG]

And Emerson- fences have been up on the site for a while, but it's still only a proposal. Very close imo to starting.

This tower is so skinny that, I believe I read, that a few of the floors are entire penthouses.

Some quick research and each floor is only 8,255 square feet. That's really small and possibly the smallest of any super tall (on average) in the world. Has to be the smallest base.

If you drove into that area of Mississauga at night and had never been to Toronto you could probably be convinced you're in downtown Toronto.

I kopped this book recently at my used bookshop. It's like 2 feet tall which is rad given the subject matter. Has like 200 buildings in it with pics and details about them and it's only ~3 years old which is cool bc it has a lot of the new supertalls

I was in Chile for around a month a few years ago and spent around 1.5 weeks in and around Santiago, that picture has to be photoshopped bc smog covered that damn city in grey haze at all times.

But I completely agree, with that back drop and the smaller buildings surrounding it, it looks pretty badass.

We did do something pretty cool with one of our sister cities though, Kaiserslautern, Germany. We did a swap thing where two of their artists designed a sculpture for our downtown and two artists from here did the same for them. The idea is really cool but I can't say I care much for the sculpture. It's rusty on purpose :ohdear:

I think it was about 5 years, with ~15 people on it. From what I've heard they basically did a whole new design during each phase SD,DD and CDs as another QAQC program

Im doing a renovation project and snapped this pic today. Cool to see that they signed beams 110 years ago
