Got a ham egg and cheese biscuit from a gas station in Alabama this morning. Thought I was about to get a country ham salt bomb and bit into what appeared to be 3 thick slices of homemade honey baked ham. Good but certainly not what I as expecting.
Strawberry is my go-to but I mix in blueberry and cherry. If the store has those three in a variety box I buy them out. So fun playing pop tart roulette.

Had this today, was extremely slutty. HUEVOS AHOGADOS Two eggs over easy with salsa ranchera over a crispy bean and cheese tostada with your choice of bacon, pork sausage, ham, or chorizo. Topped with queso fresco and crema. Served with rice, beans, avocado, pico de gallo, and flour or corn tortillas. Best picture I could find.
Had a leftover store bought flatbread and made a bacon and egg flatbread. The base is ricotta and chive cream cheese, then some pepper-jack cheese.

I assume so. I like it because it has just a subtle hint of that bourbon flavor. This appears to be a product of the state of Michigan. It is delightful.
There is a spot in Denver that does breakfast burritos with shredded beef. Eggs, potatoes, green chili and shredded beef will cure all.
This would look amazing any day of the week but for me and how hungover I am this looks like a perfect last meal before I go.
Parmesan & toasted sesame buttermilk biscuits, red chili sausage gravy, egg over medium, spicy chili crunch.
Made some homemade turkey sausage spiced halfway between breakfast sausage and chorizo. Didn’t have biscuits but toasted sourdough did the trick.

A leftovers slutty brinner. Beef chili verde and grit cake. Grit cake was money. Flour dredge, egg wash, breaded 50/50 with panko + some grits I ground finer in a spice grinder.
