Um....has anyone looked at any of the scores from this week? USC and FSU both lost badly to FCS team. Methinks something is screwy.
Like, didn't-complete-a-single-pass bad. USC had -131 total yards against FCS NW, or some shit. The stats look like it didn't spawn USC's offensive line on the field. Barkley had 31 rushes, for -103 yards, 8 fumbles.

Just looked.. yep he lost to BYU. Had like 4 days to play a CPU game, no excuse to not get it done. Pretty weak that he quit over that, but if people are going to quit over something that petty I'm not gonna worry too much about it.

Hey Buster can we slow down the pace a bit. We went from 13 day between sims to 24 hours. Maybe give 48 -72 hours between sims
I'd say 48 hours if there are no human v. human games, and at least 72 if there are. Everyone should be able to jump on for an hour to knock out recruiting and a CPU game in a 2-day span, but matching up schedules is a bit tougher when you've gotta play another person.
I'm fine with ~48 hours between sims for when there's 0-1 user games. If there's two or more user games ~72 hours is fine as well. Like Fusion said though, when there are no user games 24 hours should be enough time to get on and play your game and knock out recruiting (I didn't realize there was a user game last week (KU vs Miami OH) until someone said something, that's why that deadline was 24 hours... they did get it done though, in the 24 hours). Anyway, we'll advance again tonight at midnight-1:00am, then we'll start the 48-72 hour deadlines. Of course, if you can get your stuff done in the first 24 hours instead of the second 24 that would be cool. Always nice to advance a little early. Also, if I see that everyone has their game done, but they're not set to advance, I'm going to advance it. I wont wait on recruiting. Sorry if I seem like a stickler, but these things work much better when they move at a good, steady, fast pace. When people take forever to set games up and commissioners don't enforce deadlines dynasties die.
For sure. I'll send you an invite tonight. Take whatever team you want as long as they're in the Big Ten. I think the available teams are Minnesota, Ball State, UNLV, Wake Forest, Duke, Purdue, Northwestern, Southern Miss, and Army. Also, user Jayrish will be joining the dynasty as well.
I want to veto BiB joining the dynasty we have enough Iowa fans in here and I don't feel his skill level fits this dynasty.
Ok so I have to take a Big Ten Team but I can still choose between southern miss and army and duke and what not. Just give me the jist of how the teams split up.
Right now there are like 4 users in one division and 3 in the other. You can join with whoever you want then look at the teams and switch... at least that's what I would do.
Yeah. If you want to switch after the season you can, just as long as the team is a 2 star prestige and not in the state of Texas, Florida, or California. If they're in one of those states they have to be a 1 star prestige.
If we are going on the ~24 hour rule for no user game weeks I might need to bail on the league. I will see how it goes and if I can keep up cool. If not.....
