I bought a little magnifying glass to look at surface. Like I said 3 of the 4 I got one grade lower than I probably expected which could just be harder grading. I really can't wait until I get the Rodgers back though to see what the hell I missed. I knew the one LeBron had a minor issue and getting 9 v 10 seems to be luck sometime. 15 vouchers I sent in all I thought were flawless. They were 15 of my best cards that were grading worthy, real interested to see what those come back as now. I'm not going to send in anything else for grading until I get vouchers back even if it opens back up. Want to make sure I'm not missing something and sending more cards to get average grades
Got the grade back on my Mbappe Colorblast from Beckett. 9.5. Happy enough with the grade, as it has a surface dimple and I didn't expect a 10.
Was sorting through some baseball cards last night and found a Tatis Jr, Bo Bichette and Vlad SP Topps rookies and an Adolis Garcia numbered topps rookie that weren’t sorted out previously. I have now somehow lost the Garcia like socks in the wash. I’ve looked everywhere for this card to the point I’ve started to wonder if I completely imagined finding it in the first place.
How long, as a buyer, do you wait to cancel an order? I made a BIN offer on a card 5/23 that was accepted. Tracking shows USPS is still waiting on the package, the sells claims to have dropped it off at the post office on 5/27.
I would stay patient and give it a few more days. If the seller has good feedback then I don't think there is any reason to doubt that they have dropped it off. I know that in the past, when USPS is slammed, some stuff wasn't 'origin scanned' for 5-7 days.
I’ve been having issues recently with Usps on eBay sales. If I have multiple packages they are only scanning the first. The rest will only show as label created and never will give delivery confirmation. Thankfully each time it’s happened the buyer was cool about it and let me know of delivery.
Legacy doesn't have retail unless that changed this year. Was thinking Contenders Draft Megas and Blasters if they've released it yet.
One of the guys I break with is selling Prizm Draft preorder for $329 a hobby box. I think most online shops are preselling for $500+.
I'm not trying to knock anyone that enjoys the draft pick sets, but I just don't get the appeal of the cards in college uniforms w/ no logos.
Prizm is Prizm. Prizm Draft isn't too bad, but like everything it's over priced. Contenders Draft is atrocious.
not sure what prizm is but the name sucks is it just another name for shiny shit like topps 'rainbow'?
I image searched 'panini prizm' and every auto I see is a goddamn sticker. If that's the best they have to offer that's pretty pathetic. Maybe there's other shit in those boxes people collect but I'm a one trick pony.
I mean it costs on the high end level. But prizm is the high end of the sets that are available at retail
Prizm bring the standard is pathetic. Ugly ass cards. Give me a clean optic holo rookie over anything from prizm
I hate the way base prizm looks but their colors can look real nice. Hell, their silvers are clean. Optic> tho easily
You put the Rated Rookie logo on anything and I start to have flashbacks. I just don't understand this:
I'm the same way. I was just saying what the market seems to say. Give me the Optic RR over the Prizm, personally.
