From what Topps Chrome hobby Ive seen opened there’s no way I’m jumping in on any breaks or buying packs or boxes. I know there are good autos in the product but they are few and far between.
Bought some Stadium Club Chrome CL, fun rip. Didnt really hit much but a Gavi refractor which doesnt sell for much surprisingly
That’s definitely a stash and wait a few years card. I have a hobby box of it I still haven’t ripped, I wanna get a few megas but currently out of hobby funds after my Merlin blaster purchase.
My local Meijer was STACKED today. I got Optic and Select football blasters (2 each) and prizm basketball blaster (1) and damn it was $200 for 5 blasters. Had some pretty good hits, I'll post pics later, but some stuff I thought would be worth money wasn't worth near what I was expecting. I did well imo and still probably didn't get half that money back. Makes it really hard to keep buying stuff at new blaster prices of $35-40 to rip no matter how fun it is knowing even if you do well you are going to be down money
From my understanding, they took them down until they have the packs available for distribution. I was told I would be sent the packs for the cases that I bought. The kick in the dick are for customers that already bought from a LCS or eBay who won’t give them their pack and will just sell the packs on eBay.

Topps statement said that the cards weren't included in the collation of the hobby boxes. I wonder if the manufacturer fucked up and put all of them retail. It would be hilarious if they start popping up everywhere when retail becomes widely available.
should do a proof of purchase type deal where you prove you bought it and they give you your pack (Topps)
It'll be a good check on sellers/breakers and who end up making it right. I'm sure there will be some swamp donkeys out there screwing people over.
I ordered some from Fanatics. I was thinking of grabbing some more from Target. Quick YT search of blaster openings and no one has seen any of the SP rookies.
Man with the weak checklist and high price of $35 for a blaster I just can’t pull the trigger, plus the Cubs checklist is terrible too. I can probably grab everything for my PC for under $10.
This is nice, however ... Loupe doesn't supply product to it's breakers. There are breakers who buy from places that probably won't get them the silver packs that Topps distributes. So they're promising to make things right, when it's out of their control sometimes. Whatever. I've been told that I'll be getting my silver packs so I guess I'll keep track of who buys boxes and the put people that buy packs into a randomizer. idk

Setting aside the rookie short print fiasco, Stryker Breaks did the odds breakdown for Chrome and the blasters are pretty much the best value of all the formats so far.
At Beckett picking up some orders and they’re giving me a tour of the new office. They started grading VHS tapes yesterday. Not really my thing but the guy running it has a really cool collection. Apparently sealed tapes are going for crazy amounts. This is one that caught my eye.
