Doherty kept the man on the left onside. Of course if he hadn’t, it wouldn’t have been called anyway.
Not sure how much of the blame goes on Gollini there. Looks like it came through some legs. He pushed it wide abc Davies man beat him to the punch.
A point away at “the third best team in this tournament” is okay I guess, ref was fucking garbage and Rennes were chippy to throw our momentum off and then plain dirty when they realized they could get away with more.
Agreed that as far as this competition the result is acceptable, BUT not when you also lose Lucas and Stevie in the process. It could be hugely damaging beyond this competition. We are just so thin up top. Really regretting that we didn’t just spring the money for Traore. I don’t know our financial situation, but I would imagine missing out on Europa league and CL costs more than the difference he can make. Hopefully we revisit in January.
I got them off Spurs website but I think they are exchanges offered by season ticket holders maybe? Not sure if they can raise the price if they're offering their seats. There have been no tickets available for weeks and there were only three seats available in the whole stadium when I snagged these two.
Cuti, Sanchez, and GLC are training tomorrow ahead of the Chelsea match, hope they kept their running up in Croatia, we’re gonna need them.
Yes, traveling from US. Need to show proof of vaccination, a negative COVID test upon departure, and take a COVID test on or before my second day in England. With those requirements there is no quarantine (as long as we remain an Amber List country).
With the coin flip of Dier vs Sanchez, which I think currently leans Dier 51/49, this would be our strongest possible lineup. Like I would play this week in and week out on fifa.
Not gonna lie, Romero worries me a little bit, at this point in the season. I really like the lineup though.
Such a weird sport. I know the lineup and tactics play a huge part, but I never expected to be this much on the front foot at any point in this game.
