My lady doesn't usually do to much dumb stuff but she and her sister had a post worthy moment on Thanksgiving. We were playing a boardgame called SmartAss. One of those you get a series of clues and try to guess the word. So I read out the clue. "I am an island in the atlantic." BFF: Hawaii! Me: not sure if serious. Her sister: Alaska! Me: stunned silence. Her sister: well it's up there all by itself right? Me: we're going to have dumb kids aren't we BFF is a molecular biologist and her sister is a pharmacist. Turns out neither are big cartographers though.
I liked the first one tbh. It made "We Need to Talk About Kevin" make a lot more sense with reincarnation and all.
What normally throws people off is the order of the critter in this case. Montremata, because they lay eggs, but yes still mammals.
I wish my girlfriend could get out of stupid Mississippi and move back here. She does have a lot to wrap up there. She’s not being stupid it still sucks waiting though.

I didn’t want to make a big deal in the thread about it but that is not happening right now. We both had mixed emotions and would like to but in a planned situation. It would have made things very complicated right now. We’re both kind of sad though.

She was waiting for the test results and quit drinking while she was waiting. She’s not some piece of shit.
The first test said no but it was still a possibility because she still hadn’t had her period. She didn’t drink anything that whole time. Now we know it’s not happening. She’s a good mom and not the type of person to drink in that situation. Kind of presumptuous AubCabs.

it's been a loing time, and i'm not even positive i tagged the right poster, but someone on this site had a pregnancy scare with a girlfriend, or maybe even some rando. the pregnancy didn't last and a meme was posted with a pic of that user with his hands in the air like he was celebrating and the caption i posted. it's still one of the most fucked up things i've seen on here.
Maybe we're both just fuck ups I don't know. She has a child that is extremely smart and well adjusted though so I think she knows what she's doing to an extent.. She talked to her doctor and her understanding was that at a super early stage before you know it's usually not dangerous. We didn't know. It came as a surprise. Obviously during a pregnancy that's a no go and she quit once she thought it was a real possibility.
Stop using someone else's standard for how life should be lived and thinking you're a fuck up for not doing what they did jfc.
I know and agree. I just don’t want to seem like we’re some degenerates and I get self conscious and defensive. When it became a real possibility she quit drinking and I cut back significantly. It’s not happening right now though.
She's in Starksville but moving back here soon where all her real friends are. All her friends in Miss are just her ex husbands friends and she feels all alone. She wants to leave. She has two different parties that have made bids on her home which is pretty nice. She has to do that and finalize her custody agreement with her ex regarding her daughter but they've been having a pretty cordial conversation from what she says and should be able to work out a fair joint thing and yeah brolift I know booze is awful. Trust me.
