I thought Ken's game was shit. I think Dave walked him in to the final. Hannah was pulling the strings the whole second half.
And the whole Adam Jay having a weird relationship story was so dumb. They had a normal relationship for two people who hate each other but they wouldn't admit they hate each other.
100% and he knew he would. He tried to play it on Jay's question but Jay was like "you don't have to talk about it" then he just blatantly brought it up
Sierra, Hali, Ciera, and Andrea. yes please also, glad caleb is getting another shot. going out for medical reasons sucks.
He won 10-0-0. Chris had already decided to give it to him. He was always going to get Jay's vote. If you really want to see how many of them were voting for Adam, check out the "Jury Speaks" videos. Adam had it in the bag going into FTC. He didn't win all 10 on sympathy. Ken's game was done at final 4, he built himself up on loyalty and trust and threw that out the window to get rid of David. He wasn't going to win with David there but he gave up any shot of votes when he took David out.
Lol @ either Hannah or Ken winning. Adam won for the exact reason Chris said: he convinced Ken to flip. None of this three played an amazing game, the idea that Hannah was "pulling the strings" is hilarious.
I specifically remember Hannah telling Adam she would talk to ken and then doing it unless I missed something.
Fwiw, I don't think Ken needed any nudging to vote David out. I think he made that decision independently, especially after Bret congratulated David for winning on his way out. This season was interesting because they all kind of got together at most points to eliminate the biggest threat to win (other than the Sunday vote). So we were left with 3 kind of "floaters" throughout the game. Not a single one would be considered a "strong" player as far as Survivor standards go, so yeah, I didn't have a problem with Adam winning. I do think that Jay went back to Ponderosa and told everyone about Adam's mom and that's why Final Tribal seemed a little biased. I'm looking forward for next season, most specifically Aubry. She got absolutely hosed a year ago by a bitter jury, who she outplayed (led by bane of the earth Scot Pollard). There has never been a more deserving winner than her, in their season, that did not win.
Finally caught the final and managed to stay spoiler free. Fuck You Direct TV. That is all. Ken really did nothing but preach loyalty the whole game, then he abandoned it, but at least he saw the need to vote out Dave at the end. Agree on Ken. Hannah was pretty much non existent at first and was basically just a swing vote until the very end. It helped him. Juries always have sympathy. Hate that he brought up the cancer card again. Think it helped but don't think it was solely based on sympathy. He got the votes bc he was constantly making moves, guess they felt his moves/mom outweighed all his fuck ups. Yup. He couldve played it straight but he wanted it to be known. I think they get more sympathy by keeping it quiet thru the game but bringing it at FTC, gives the idea that they didnt want sympathy at all. Yes, Jess had a smoking body towards the end tho. Good way to put it. Think Adams mom put him over the top, between that and the jury not really holding him accountable for all his fuck ups he basically won by default or "not being the worst"
Good first episode. Ciera will always have a spot in my survivor heart for voting out her mom. Sandra is gonna get too cocky imo
Sandra will never make it to being a judge. She's way to big for her britches. I was never a big fan but I don't remember her being this arrogant. I'm rooting for Ozzie to make up for his huge blunder that cost him a million dollars
Ive always been pretty neutral on Sandra but she seems so damn cocky. Too big for her britches is a good way to put it. I did chuckle when she called polices The Fuzz. Such a great old person term.
Why did Sandra vote for Aubrey? Was she just showcasing her confidence in getting Tony out without even having to vote for him?
Poor editing I think. They made it seem like it was Tony against Sandra when one plan formulated and apparently the one they went with was to vote Tony with a couple votes at Aubrey in case Tony had found an idol.
Yea that was very strange because they never even tried to make us believe that Malcolm and Caleb were going to vote for Tony. Seemed like it was going to be Jeff and Michaela that were the deciding votes. Still can't see Sandra lasting very long with how cocky she's playing.
