The bicycle kick was stunning, but the cool collected chip was more exciting for me going forward. That's the type of finish a striker is supposed to make, and it's the type of shot he wasn't making earlier this season. I'm taking it as a sign that he's settled in. He may still have a spot on this team next season.
Yeah possibly. I am not holding my breath though after 2 solid matches. Now if he continues playing well, I'll eat my words.
Of course Bafe tweaks his hamstring when he starts to play well. Little surprised to see Emnes on and not Oliveira in that situation.
I can't believe Sid from Toy Story (Coleman) momentarily forgot the most important rule in soccer. I can't think of a dumber way to give up a goal.
Entertaining match I guess. I'll take the point after conceding the first goal and losing Bafe. Just gotta hope Southampton continues to slide. However we are safe and there is no real worry so I'll just sit back and watch the show.
I'm at work today so I didn't get to see it live. I did DVR it though. Is there good stuff or is it just going to be frustrating?
There's no excuse for Kone not picking up that second yellow on any of 3 different reckless challenges.
Ha if that's true then you're better at Welsh than 75% of the Welsh population! Gutted that the Fflewdwr thread with all the Welsh speaking has been lost. Oh, and bore da H/T. Diolch, SugarShaun
Bafe is out 3-4 weeks. Oliveira is fit and should be starting over Emnes. Should be interesting to see what he can do given 60 plus minutes instead of 10-15.
Either Leicester will run out of pace and we will grab a goal or two or Leicester is going to make us look real bad today with their relegation battle and intensity.
Oliveira touch every time is too hard and he loses the ball. Like watching Bafe from January to early March. I'd shift Gylfi into the top where Oliveira is and bring i Montero. I'd even be fine seeing Montero up front with Routledge.
Random fact: David Hasselhoff is looking to move to Swansea valley so his girlfriend can be closer to her family.
Ha thanks, hoping to get it on the water by Friday. It'll be kept in Swansea marina, in front of where a lot of the Swans players live.
Huge 3 points for a record 50 this season. Big game next week for chances at staying in 8th. Taylor should be back, which helps.
So not sure where you are FactsRule but Swansea is going to be in Dallas in July. I am a bit away but my dad lives in Dallas so I will certainly be there.
Pretty damn boring first half. Just not a lot of good play. Happy with the back line other than one or two moments of confusion.
Nice to see Montero put us ahead. Should be able to hold on if we continue to attack some rather than staying on our heels.
Happy to see Jeff get a goal. Jonjo had a really good second half. With Arsenal and Man City up next, getting into 7th isn't likely, but with a little luck who knows?
Wish I could figure out who is actually putting on the Texas tournament so I can see if dates are legit or not. Need to book a flight but don't want to waste money.
There's nothing on their website, but you can call and see if they know anything. http://stadiumfrisco.com/contact.php
