    Because it is. Do you live here or follow teenage crime in Nashville? The chart I posted proves that it is too lenient based on Shelby County's numbers.

    If they're poor, yes it would. I'm not arguing that it is much more likely to happen to black kids, just pointing out that poor white people are not immune from being undeservedly treated like garbage too. Money talks. Carry on.

    if you're using Shelby County's incarceration numbers (especially among juveniles) to justify your argument that another jurisdiction is too lenient you've already lost
