The feeling I've always got about Trump is that he is highly volatile and convincible, and like highschhol football recruit, so whoever is in his ear last carries the day.
Down the road yes, but the money and jobs are in installation in the present. Solar will take a huge step back, and will be tough for them to come back without govt subsidy. Sad thing is he doesn't have anyone in his ear when it comes to green energy, the environment or outdoors. Those sectors are usually helped out by the EPA and Dept of the Interior, and we've seen what their agenda is so far.
From what Ive read panels themselves are machine made, really jobs come from installations. Prices go up = less installations and fewer jobs.
