Gabi’s team now
Sell Auba, invest the money until summer 2021 and use 60 mill for Haaland's buy-out clause.
That would be awesome. Hard to see it happening though.
Thanks to PL social media for mentioning Ramsey’s brace on Auba’s debut
anyone have thoughts on the current recruitment strategy and seemingly running everything through to super-agents? I've been reading arseblog go on about it for a little bit now and they talked about it at length today.
I know dealing with these agents is just a necessary evil at this point and it's better to have good relationships with them than none, but I do worry that Raul is letting them dictate players to us a bit rather than the club identifying the talent themselves.
Think it's fine to take on occasional shit if we hit with our big signings. Pepe just hasn't got going, Tierney is broken, and don't know what we have in Saliba yet.
Cedric on moderate wages as a backup isn't going to move the needle either way.
Raul is a fraud and a coward and I hope he doesn’t set this team back too far during his time in charge.
I also hope that I am 100% wrong in my assessment of Sanllehi.
Going to give it through next summer window and then some
Glad we didn’t panic buy in winter window and mostly like long term deals we’ve done of late
Assume league is long gone so maybe make a cup run to give this season some excitement
Agreed. This is now a long-term rebuild.
agree but also unfortunately this this is true
Eh. I don’t know about all that.
Raul a fraud seems extreme
he’s caught between stingy Kroenke budget and dealing with these leech agents
dealing with the agents seems like his specialty by choice.
when it comes to Raul I honestly can’t get over him wanting to extend Emery in the summer.
oh did he really
sven and raul together brought balance to the force
Need Rainey to render a verdict
what is raul’s position on council houses
Cox podcast on Arteta’s tactics, nothing to earth shattering but quite positive
Despite @wu’s repeated attacks on me I had to share this. The Schmeichel one got me good
We’ll make a proper shitposter out of you yet
I'm sick of the Monday kickoffs.
has anyone ever returned anything to
Arsenal Direct? my sister got me a hoodie but she got xl I guess as her way to tell me I’m fat, but it’s huge.
Got some snobby pajamas where the shirt is way too small but figure it's not even worth replacing
Hate UK sizes, can never figure out what I am
Evidently Juve want to dump Rambo
I’d take him back* in a heartbeat
*assuming the price is right
Would’ve been nice to have him on loan for this half of the year...
either way, bring him home.
Love him, but hell the fuck no. £400k/week for 20ish healthy games a season. Juve will have to subsidize 60% of his wages for anyone to show interest
fuck you and your logic.
Why I said if the price is right
There is no chance the price would ever be right
If the price is right, we should definitely sign Mbappé
That’s the spirit!
I’d rather have Messi's golden years.
Might as well add a time machine to the equation
I don’t get the interest in trying to relive the clubs past, however recent. Need to get more athletic and physical and too many injury problems as it is.
except for Santi, buy his ass right now
Ramsey would clearly help this team. Fuck you guys.
somebody get Saka and (I think) Pepe some airpods.
^^Away drought languishes
just now listening to the Arsecast with Phillipe Auclair and him gushing over Martinelli was just
How weird was it when he was talking about how unique the Saliba deal was and he goes, “It wasn’t illegal or anything like that I don’t want the people to get the wrong impression.” I instantly thought we have an incoming transfer ban.
I must've missed that, but that's kinda weird.
