I guess we are going to stay involved and in contact and see how it shakes out. Getting him and Walsh and having Smith run the point would be the most athletic and lengthy team we’ve ever had by a mile. Still think Black is a pipe dream at this point though.

He was on row ~16 or so straight back behind the end of the hog bench. Same place Walsh was. That’s where they usually put all hog recruits on unofficials. Walsh and fam sat right behind me at end of hog bench when I used blind dog ‘s seats for the Northern Iowa game earlier this year. That’s the closest I’ve ever seen any recruit to the floor.
Granted it was a mediocre Florida team, but still one that was good enough to beat us, especially at their place. We played HARD. Putting 80 points up in Gainesville is no small feat. This team is nowhere near as flashy as last year's and probably not as much as next year will be, but they are gritty. They are tough. I love them. This was supposed to be our rebuilding year in between two great seasons.
