Last two game total 219 points. That’s the most in a two-game span including an away game since the 1993-1994 notes from the 98-74 win: • Freshman Keyshawn Embery-Simpson scored a season-high 14 points, making 5-of-6 shots from the fields including 4-of-5 from 3-point range. • Jalen Harris finished with an impressive stat line with 8 points, 12 assists, 6 rebounds and 4 steals. Harris, who entered the game sixth in the NCAA in assist-to-turnover ratio, has dished out 39 assists with just five turnovers spanning the last four games. • Isaiah Joe and Daniel Gafford each scored in double figures and the pair are the only two Razorbacks to score in double figures in all seven games this season. • Arkansas is now 131-7 in games under Mike Anderson when leading at halftime with a current streak of 46 wins in such games. • As a head coach, Mike Anderson’s teams are now 67-1 when scoring between 90-99 points, including a 35-0 mark at Arkansas. Over the last two games, Arkansas has scored 121 and 98 points, respectively, and Anderson’s teams are a combined 90-2 when scoring at least 90 points, including a 46-0 ledger at Arkansas.
Chevin Calloway has announced he will transfer from the program to be closer to home. 247sports.com/colleg...
So two new OL commits. Both Jucos. Both will probably be immediate starters. CM is doing a fantastic job on paper of replacing the shitty Bert recruits.
We gonna flip 4* LB Lakia Henry from Tenn too. Finish up with 4* S Jalen Catalon and either 3/4* DB Gregory Brooks or BPA and a grad transfer QB. Sounds like it'll be the SMU grad transfer Ben Hicks visiting this weekend. He's average as fuck but knows the offense already and can execute the system. Can be turnover prone though and will need our young WR's to really step it up.
After watching him the last two years, I’d go with KJ or Noland. At least you’d have inexperience to blame with either of them.
Idk where Booneville is in your state or if any of you are close to it. But - I ordered some shaving products from Stirling Soap Company. It looks like a bit of a Mom and Pop type shop. Great stuff so far and really fair prices. You all should support them. Good xmas gifts for the men in your family.
I fucking hate that town, mostly for HS football reasons. Also... You remember that bully video I posted on here a while back where a football player was beating the hell out of that "special needs" kid? That was Booneville. They also had a football coach fired for putting video recording devices in the cheerleaders locker room. The people there are extreme trash in a state filled with a lot of trash.
Huh. I've only ever driven through it. That said, it was a very pleasant spring day so maybe that clouded my memory.
Once it's a beautiful drive. People there are brutal though. They have this deafening train horn that is field level that they sound off multiple times for any first down or touchdown that makes you miss Miss State's cowbells
He's 6'2 and doesn't have any other P5 offers yet plays at a powerhouse program. His size keeps him from getting the big offers. He's a mauler but I wouldn't get my hopes up that he's going to be really good. That 4* 247 ranking is comical. He's athletic, but it's prob because he's 6'2 280.
he could play center if he gains 10-15 lbs. shit he could probably be better than clary if he stays at 280. i say just sign 12 linemen in next two classes and see what happens.
also i think everyone is getting way too excited about the juco OL. those guys almost never work out.
I'm exchanging texts with his former OL coach now who coaches at my sons school now. He dominated our freshman DE Courtre Alexander when he was at Owasso last year.
seems like the freshmen DE we have on campus might suck ass considering none of them played and they recruited a bunch more this season.
We signed 4 last year. I think we move Nichols inside to DT Considering our class was ranked 48th last year and our staff had like 6 weeks to establish relationships and land recruits, I wouldn't expect much out of that class.

the way strongbow's thread reads it suggests his buddy is flipping idk at this point, don't care like IF the "studs" all show up, I'll just be waiting for us to get a letter from the NCAA and continue our new tradition of copying Mississippi
He hasn't committed to anyone I don't think. But Mizzou is his best offer followed by Tulsa. They're just HS teammates.
I'm watching the Boca Raton bowl. UAB 37 NIU 13 w 2 mins left in the 4th. Both teams would beat us. UAB talent and NIU will not lay down and give up. Good game to watch
What’s the story with Devin Bush? We recruited him. Is he signing in February or hoping for a bigger offer?
Chad('s bagman) has brought in a nice class, all things considered. We needed WR and OL help on that side o the ball and he's delivered our best WR (plus Henry) class since Petrino signed the Warren Kids+Joe. Our OL guys are not big names; they'd be backups on a lot of SEC teams and scout-team players on others, but for us that's a big improvement.
