Thinking of taking my wife to fire maker brewing Saturday. I guess that's considered upper Westside? Anyone have a lunch spot recommendation in that area. Anyone been to twisted soul?

 

The Works is right there and has a ton of options. Bold Monk is really solid too. You’ve also got JCT, the Optimist, Nuevo Laredo, Bone Garden, etc. near by. We haven’t made it to Twisted Soul yet but it looks great and I’ve heard good things.

Bold monk’s beer and food is pretty good. Cool venue too, but a little confusing to find.

 

Not sure if you guys go to taco mac, but I've started getting the Brussel sprouts and they are amazing. Place is easily my favorite chain restaurant.

 

Going to check out a beer and bbq festival in Smyrna on Saturday instead of going to a brewery. 20 brewery coming and a bunch of competition bbq teams.
