Disagree with this. I'll take Glass Onion, Happiness is a Warm Gun, Come Together, and Across the Universe over Blackbird, Let it Be, and Get Back all day every day.
I agree those are great songs. My point was for every one of those, Paul would crank out several of equal or greater quality. Of course, quality in music is largely subjective, so it's not really worth fighting over.
Ringo - None George - All Things Must Pass John - Plastic Ono Band, Imagine Paul - Ram, Band on the Run
RINGO = Ringo, and also get something like Blast From Your Past to get just about every great song he did apart from the Ringo album (Blast also has a few songs from the album too but whatever) GEORGE = All Things Must Pass, Concert for Bangladesh, Living in a Material World JOHN = Plastic Ono Band, Imagine, Walls and Bridges, Rock & Roll, and if you only count the John songs, the material on Double Fantasy and Milk & Honey are great PAUL = Ram, Red Rose Speedway, Band on the Run, Venus and Mars, Wings over America, Flaming Pie, Unplugged, Chaos and Creation in the Backyard, Memory Almost Full, Electric Arguments
Been enjoying these John Craigie Beatles series. He’s got some good narration and is pretty funny. Nice alt take on their songs as well. https://john-craigie.myshopify.com/products/lonely-revolver-double-lp https://john-craigie.myshopify.com/products/sgt-peppers-lonely https://john-craigie.myshopify.com/products/let-it-be-lonely-double-lp
