Easily the best Brady’s looked so far. Howard done for the year is unfortunate. Need Gronk to be more consistent from here on.
3-1 through a quarter of the season. Bears this Thursday should be a W. If bucs can split GB and raiders, they have another W over the Giants. 6-2 is definitely possible. I think if there was a preseason, the first saints game would've been a W.
I think Wirfs had one penalty for 5 yards, but was amazing the whole game. It's nice to have such a good OT
That may have been the worst offensive drive I've ever seen. Wirfs looking like every bit of a rookie tonight while Smith looks like... well Smith.
Something something no risk it no biscuit on that last drive where we got the field goal. Although it was probably the right call.
Yea. We do. Because Jameis would have forced it into an INT multiple times. If we won by FGs, that's a win and so be it because the QB gets you in position.
OL needs more work. Wirfs has been wonderful, but he definitely had his hands full with Mack as a rookie tonight, on a short week. Not goin to shit on him because the rest of the line didn't help. Smith got beat and just places his hand on Mack nonchalantly after he sacked Brady.. Evans and a bunch of midgets doesn't do it when OJ is out too. But Tyler Johnson had a very nice night, and hope he gets more reps
Fell asleep early in the 3rd. Not sure what to take away. Thursday games are so hit or miss.was counting on this W though Need the injured guys back.
I watched the entire game and Bucs are struggling with health and still showing signs of no preseason. Gronk still looks a little slow but he’s coming along. I’d like to see some more intermediary passing. Evans gutting it out is impressive. Think the trajectory of the team looks good. Bears got bailed but a horrible PF call
Team needs a month off to heal already. Losing Vea for what I imagine is a significant amount of time is going to hurt. We need to stop killing ourselves with penalties. We stalled multiple promising drives last night due to them. I'm not going to lump the roughing the QB call at the end because that was complete bullshit.
I wonder if Brady is less than 100% as well. He really floated some of those throws tonight. He's old but not that old. Bosa and Mack on consecutive weeks is a brutal assignment for any OT so Wirfs was bound to get beat a few times and they all happened tonight. Dude is still a stud. I've shit on Licht plenty but he has made some great picks the last few years with White, Wirfs, Winfield and the young CBs
I really didn’t understand some of the long developing plays we called in the 2nd half after it was clear our OL was struggling. Brady has great pocket presence but he's old and isn't going to escape pressure for long
Being 3-2 and complaining we should be 4-1 is not something we have felt in a while. Brady is at fault not knowing what down it was, but the penalties suck. We also need fucking Godwin back, and Fournette with using him more though RoJo had a nice game
That and the OL in general. Wirfs has been amazing so far, and I don't feel like shitting on him going against Mack. Nor should we. But the OL had issues yesterday and at one point seemed shook, especially during that worst series ever
We started with a ton of weapons but have so many guys playing hurt or missing games entirely. Howard, Godwin, Evans, Fournette and Gronk is a ton to lose in 4 weeks
