Yeah it's shit. Donovan Smith was the highest OL taken and he fucking sucks. Sadly, OL is not a unit that you can build predominantly through FA (which is what Licht has attempted to do) and this team is pretty far behind in terms of building a competent OL.

I don't know if it's due to Koetter or Jameis himself, but Winston is an average at best NFL QB. He hits a lot of the throws an NFL starter should, but he also misses some easy ones, hits none of the deep balls, and is good for 1-2 stupid as fuck turnovers a game. If we ever get to the playoffs with him, we're not getting past the 1st rd.
Both. Jameis' style never seemed to translate to taking good care of the ball and Koetter's offense is incredibly underwhelming, as he doesn't seem to utilize his players and talent well.
