Too bad the Tampa Tribune isn’t still around to shame the owner into selling the franchise yet again.

No. 5: Tampa Bay Buccaneers ILB Devin White: White has been everything the Bucs hoped -- an impact playmaker and a vocal leader for the defense. He has grasped Todd Bowles' system very quickly and has been leading the defensive huddle since Day 1. "For a rookie to come in and be talking like that, it's really amazing to see," fellow inside linebacker Lavonte David said. "The sky is the limit for him most definitely." On the second play of OTAs, White picked off quarterback Jameis Winston, his third interception in three practices. "Devin White, he's been outstanding," Winston said. It's not far-fetched to think he could wind up becoming defensive rookie of the year. -- Jenna Laine
YouTube recs hit me y'alls MNF game where y'all beat the Bears when it was 20degrees outside playing at Illinois university...home of Simeon Rice and Kurt Kitner
Was that the year the Bucs won the SB and the Bucs had to win that game in week 17 to clinch homefield? 15-0 final, iirc. Everyone said it would test Tampa because they weren't used to playing in cold conditions
I wish the NFL was as petty as college so I could post that clip in the Eagles thread at random. Fuck it, gonna do it anyway
Damn Gators know full and well they're disappointed we didn't get Derwin. He's a star at a position of needs. Maybe it wouldn't have led to 18 secondary draft picks this year.
Still gonna give Vea the benefit of the doubt until this year plays out. He looked real good the last five or so games
He’s strong af but would’ve fizzled under smith. I hear Bowles knows how to use his skill set to maximize potential.
Vea was destroying pockets towards the end of the year he just had no idea what to do once he got there it seemed
Vea and Suh (is/when motivated) could be a lot of fun to watch. The biggest thing will be having a a defensive line that can eat up blocks and free up the LBs
Anybody heard any good news out of camp yet? Levonte David already having surgery is a bummer Heard a radio interview with Roy Cummings this morning heading into work who literally said Devin White has as much talent as any LB I've ever seen (mentions Derrick brooks, Kwon, Ruud (lol). Also said Ronald Jones looks like a different running back, and the coaching staff are very upbeat about his progress, "look for him to make a big impact"
I'm just glad we didn't take an OT in the draft . No way that backfires with a 48 year old RT and Caleb fucking Benenoch as the top backup
I really like this video. And the Jameis stuff really tells a lot. But I think people are going to make fun of his last line, but I get what he meant.
I always got the impression they could tell almost right away if it's an acl. Of course I'm sure we'll find out Friday that it is and his leg has to be amputated because Bucs.
