You can see the difference between guys like him and Brees. Brees sees the whole field and processes so quickly. Jameis sees half of the field and if it's not there he panics. There were 4 or 5 plays in the first half where someone was breaking open way down field for a wide open TD, but Jameis was locked on to one small area of the field deciding between Brate and a RB.
