The issue is that would require Amin to move to SFL and I don't think his family has any interest in that.

Actually that may have been last week cus I often play the show on YouTube from the house and when an hour of the show has played it just goes to older random episodes. listened to it yesterday for the first time and yikes
I skip every Samson or Corben segment. They’re both super annoying and self-important. Behind Schur, Van Gundy is the best guest easily.
I like Samson and skipper hours because I find sports business interesting and relevant to my career. And they save interesting topics for when skipper is on. Samson is mostly ok in those episodes but every now and then you can tell he thinks that he’s skipper’s equal Annnd lol to that.
I do like that he calls out skipper’s fake altruism when it comes to the one sided deals he made at ESPN.
I wish with all the new people they would use them in limited roles kind of like what they are doing with Tony.

This isn’t a judgement as everyone’s family situation is unique but I can’t help but think as a dad of young kids…how does mike Ryan have all of this time to do everything? I feel like he watches every minute of most sports, tons of tv and movies, tailgates… I mean hats off to making it work but it’s like a math problem to me.
Lot of grandparent help. He’s also only working like 15-20 hours a week so he probably get a lot of parenting time in during the work week.
I normally only listen to the Thursday Local Hour with Samson and if I have time anything that sounds interesting (rare I have the time). I made a point to listen to this and it is AMAZING! This guy has had 90 years of grievances that nobody wanted to hear until now.
Who on the show uploads the podcast? They seem like they kinda suck at their job. I get an error trying to play something almost every week.
consistently there is a problem for me on Spotify. They’re also terrible about the consistency of when they do YouTube live or even uploading parts of the show. I can’t stand this because I work from home and rather have them on everyday on the tv in the background rather than the pod.

Adding Pablo was bound to happen, as he could never really find his niche on air at espn. what’s the long game here with these additions? Pablo, Kate fagan, etc? Will meadlowlark get into more long form writing? They are already a bit saturated with podcasts imo.
