There's a lot to unpack here
I'd buy one of the new Pythons if I found one in a shop. I think they only offer stainless, would prefer a blued one but you wont catching me paying extortion price for it. If I'm going to overpay for something, and I do often, it'll be a 1911.
Finally suppressed my over-the-top 10/22. Excited to shoot the only ammo that I have in large supply :l
Spoiler: “not so much”
I’m down to my last Zebra F-301 compact pen so I decided to upgrade.
Tactile Turn finally put out a slim version of their bolt action pen. Also picked up their knife too.
I just ordered one of these guys with blue tritium insert (Amsler Hurricane 2.0). Definitely the cheapest custom knife I’ve ever purchased at $165 with insert.
What the hell are you going to do with a field scalpel?
Please don't answer this question, I'm clinging to my plausible deniability.
Mostly sit in the keyboard desk drawer. Tape/packages mostly. Something to play with on the phone/virtual meetings. It’s neat as shit.
And also for some liver with fava beans and a nice Chianti.
Just bought this thing…
Ordered the Canik double action yesterday, can't wait to get my hands on it.
I’m thinking about purchasing a hand gun to take to the range/inlaws farm and get proficient. I’ve decided I probably want to go with Glock unless there’s some big glaring issue I’ve missed. My main question is would you guys prefer 17 or 21? I’ve read in circles about .45 v 9mm and I haven’t been able to make a definite lean one way or the other.
I’d actually recommend a Ruger Mark IV, shoot 22LR for days at pennies on the round. Either full size is fine and just preference. 9mm is less expensive per round and typically more widely available.
You can always shoot both 9mm and 45ACP at a range before settling on one (before you decide whether or not you love the hobby, just test it out.)
Picked up an over/under and a cz orange shadow the past couple days. Will be a week or eighteen before I can take possession because that's how we now roll here.
You’re going to need to elaborate
You're good, my glock bias is rooted in a bunch of nonsensical bullshit nobody in this thread is going to want to hear me rant about again.
get a Glock 9mm. You won’t regret it
Ordered a Beretta 92 LTT Elite with a bunch of options.
Of course you did.
Can’t wait to see it!
I did really well there for awhile, went months without a new gun before this recent purchase of three.
New bells, new whistles, same Italian Hammer
That’s my adult film name. You a fan?
they are putting a fuckin red dot on a beretta Jesus tittys
I'm after the comfort, bells and whistles aren't likely to be much different than my Beretta/Wilson but I'll keep buying the same gun over and over if it's a good one.
Semi-Auto Ergo GOATs
1. Sig P226
2. Beretta 92
3. HK P30
226 is a bit top heavy for my liking
G17 is obviously ergo GOAT
Burnt just can’t see through his hate and anguish
Might try a little more gym and a little less 1-4 Seminoles football.
I question if there's even a poly gun out there with worse ergos than a glock.
It was top heavy in 2013 too
Any of you mouth breathers shoot competition? I want to get a CZ Czechmate but I'm reading that to shoot the gun with the compensator you need a minimum power factor of 160. Are they saying I can't shove some standard 115gr ball in there and pew pew pew away?
Forget the Czechmate (I'll probably buy it anyway), found something only half as useful and nearly twice the price.
I'm in love.
Picked up a Shadow II Orange, then got an additional slide custom milled so the Holosun doesn't sit a foot above the gun on a 'plate'.
I bought a Tokarev.
what, no pics?
Armslist the best way to sell a firearm?
Gunbroker.com is another option.
Your state may have an analog to this site.
Is there a good/bad time to sell a firearm?
If it's a semi auto shotgun it's always a bad time to sell.
O/U's on the other hand, near impossible to find decent used ones, especially at a discount.
Picked this thing up recently.
Picked whatever this is up today. Need to find a rail and dot for it.
I beat Todd Jarrett on steels at Blackwater while we were training for the World SWAT Challenge. That’s all I got.
Is there a reason all shooting gloves are absurdly thick? These things should be no thicker than batting gloves.
Viktos makes a warm weather glove that isn’t cumbersome
If you’re not wearing Mechanix are you really even an operator?
I said this in the voice of every High Speed Tackleberry I’ve ever known
We’ll then, we do have one!
Two new guns today, decked out Langdon Beretta (NP3 parts, spartan sights and trigger job) and a fancy Phoenix Redback. No gun I own is as smooth as that Redback.
Another Holosun arrived in the mail today. Rolled the dice on the new ACSS reticle and boy am I glad I did. For whatever reason the ACSS reticle doesn't fuck with my astigmatism, I see it perfectly fine. Now sure what it is, the lighting in the house, the background in the house, Chinese children getting better at their job, the fact that I'm really high right now, whatever it is if you have an astigmatism I suggest you check it out.
Big Holosun fan. Got one on my truck gun with the 7” upper that is tits…….I mean I USED to have one on my truck gun before the unfortunate boat fire.
