Went shooting earlier today, used a Vortex Razor AMG and the fanciest Holosun. Hate to say it but the Holosun was superior. So much so I kinda want one. The only knock I could find on the Holo is the brightness didn't seem to work worth a shit. They may tell you it has 10 brightness settings but there's really just two. Five clicks with no change then BAM, too bright. One I used may have been defective.
Operator error. Apparently it has an auto mode where the brightness adjusts on its own based on lighting. After button mashing trying to get it to change brightness I held one of the buttons down and that's when it went full retard, or so I thought. All I really did was change it from auto to manual and thus the massive sudden change in brightness.
Anyone here ever heard of these guys? https://www.primaryweapons.com/ One of my customers is apparently good friends with the owner was thinking of tossing them some business with my next AR.
They are pricey but its a solid build. I have one of their old T3 22 rifles which I love. I've looked at their AR's before and everything seemed good to go.
My local Wilson/Nighthawk/Everything dealer is relocating. They wont say where yet but I hope it's closer to me. As it is they can't get much further away.
burnttatertot is spending all his disposable income on baseball cards these days. Sucks for this thread.
Gonna wind up selling one of my ARs. Don't "logically" need to 2 and the training I want to send the new pup to is expensive. Any TMBers interested lol?
I purchased one of these hard charger kits a couple days ago to try on one of my ARs. I have a long scope on one of them so I think it could be helpful. https://devildogconcepts.com/products/hard-charger-rear
Arkadin you know more about the PSA's than I do. Got any idea what used PA-15 multi caliber's are going? Has a magpul stock, a metal combat rail hand guard and with or without the Nikon p-223 scope. Not sure how many rounds have been through it but it's been professionally cleaned quite a few times and hardly shot at all the last 1.5 - 2 years.
no comment just a pic. throw it on the ground and see how good it shoots if u shoot good . just for u check the nfl.com Wednesday jag tracker . k ? . Tevin or breshard come on to duval , k ?
Thoughts on ghost guns? Bought online as a kit. Assembled by purchaser. Not registered. No serial numbers. Cost twice the price of similar registered models. New Jersey is cracking down on them. Made them illegal and are going after traffickers.
Thoughts on the legality of removing serial numbers from guns or owning guns with the serial numbers scratched off?
Ghost guns do not have serial numbers at all. There's nothing on these guns to remove or alter. I'm afraid that this is an apples to oranges question that you've posed.
Right, I’m asking you about tampering with regular guns by defiling their serial numbers. What are your thoughts on the legality of that and the legality of possessing one of those?
