Would rather have a good but not great body and crush beer and pizza every once in a while than have a great body and eat Cod and Kale 5x a day 7x a week like the Rock IMO JMO.
How does one eat eggs for breakfast with only a microwave? edit: I have a full kitchen at the house, I was talking more about pre-prepare and microwave at work.

I've only ever tried "scrambled" microwaved eggs, and it's been quite a while... if I recall, two eggs, a little cheese, 1 minute on high, top with hot sauce. A coffee mus is a convenient vessel. It wasn't gourmet or even really ideal egg consistency, but it was fine in a pinch. I'm a big believer in hot sauce on eggs though, so that might help cut some of the nastiness if you douse with hot sauce after cooking, regardless of added ingredients like cheese, onion, or etc.
This is what I do basically every morning. I usually do one egg with some egg whites, microwave for 45 then mix them up, then microwave for another 20-30 depending on how much has been cooked. Keeps them fluffier and less likely to stick to the bowl (make sure you use Pam on the bowl, otherwise it will take several washes to get them out. Smell takes a while to get over, but its not that bad once you do. Keeps me full for about 4 hours for < 200 calories, which is much better than I was doing with cereal.
How do you like it? Does it make you hold onto water weight or make you bloated at all? Thats usually why I dont take preworkouts..

298g per day here. agree it is quite difficult but macros and such. ground 99% turkey simmered in red enchilada sauce black beans brown rice diced tomatoes tomatillo sauce so great and has about 700cal - 75c/7f/90p trying to do this for lunch everyday and then fish/chicken and veggies at dinner. 1950cal/day for the next 25 days but will probably fuck up several days
Had a real power lunch yesterday. About an 8 oz. top sirloin filet with my healthy egg salad (2 hard boiled eggs mashed with 1 avocado and whole grain mustard). A play on steak and eggs. It was real and it was fantastic.
100g of protein is from 2 shakes 99% ground turkey is a large part of my diet got 110g carb and 44g fat today to go with it. couple days a week it's ~40g carb 60g fat. those days are tough but fuck it
Trying to get my flexibility, recovering, etc to the next level. I purchased one of these bad boys yesterday and it should be here this week--very stoked. Little back-story; I grew 6 inches in a year when I was 15/16. As you can imagine my hamstrings and calves are impossibly tight, which can pull on my L5 vertebrae. Hoping this will keep my squat game elevated, and improve overall quality of life. All the reviews are positive with the only downside being cost. Trainers at my gym swear by it, and everything says it's much better than foam rollers
i have absolutely no idea how that thing works. Do you put your leg between the wheels? I imagine that would be good for you, allows for deeper stretching compared to a foam roller
I'm embarrassed that I had it to lose but as of yesterday I'm officially down 100 elbows from my est weight. I'm at 205 now and will be under 200 for the first time in a long LONG time soon. It's been a grind so I'm pretty freaking pumped.
small portions eaten frequently to avoid being hungry. protein shakes thrown in as fillers. shit loads of ground turkey and chicken breasts. no random handfuls of almonds or any delicious snacks like that. lots of veggies that have really low calories: asparagus, green beans, etc. no EVOO or any kind of random extra calories. also have a green tea that is Yogi Blueberry "Slim Life" and apparently has some sort of appetite suppressant although I don't think I can feel it. it's definitely no fun but I've seen pretty solid results in the last ~3.5 weeks. started somewhere around 207-210 and currently at 190. I think Where Eagles Dare had some pretty good success with it in one of TMB Biggest Loser contests as well. http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/30-days-out-craig-capursos-extreme-cut-trainer.html
Anyone have an effective solution to post lunch drowsiness? I want to stay away from afternoon coffee and I've tried tea, snacking on almonds, etc, but I always feel ready for a nap.
Exercise during lunch break, and if you dont have time for that, walk around for 10-20 minutes outside instead of TMBing
eat an apple and 2 banana's everyday like me + I also only drink coffee at lunch during the week so i'm always good all day imo
