I did Keto for ~6 weeks last spring. wouldn't recommend it unless you've just really let yourself go. I've seen pretty good results in 2 weeks. it lays out your macros every day and has good suggestions on what kind of food to base each meal on. kiss beer goodbye though.
So far today Some strawberries, some grapes, a banana, some orange slices, handful of almonds, 3 eggs, and a pb&h w/chia, sunflower seeds, and flax.
keto is fine but socially its a hassle you only burn a couple hundred extra calories a day burning ketones for energy so the diet itself is pretty limited

Can't fuck these up and so good with meat and veggies or eggs. My wife makes a paleo ketchup that is nice with them. I use siracha too. Throw in diced white onion and peppers too if you please.
Thoughts on weight watchers? My wife is signing up and I might do it... Just another way to count / be held accountable, and if she is doing it makes it easier to count

A like to hoping you get better, not the current pain. A girl brought Blue Bell ice cream over to my house last month, it gave me the same, and she has since been forgotten. Same time as the listeria outbreak, but their website says Georgia is ok. I don't believe them.
Get some probiotics in you man. When I had e. coli a few months ago I drank a cup of kefir every few hours after the first day of non-stop vomiting. It fixed me right up and my stomach no longer felt like I drank battery acid.
Maybe I'm just a bitch but anything like yogurt/kefir/dairy in general seems like a horrible idea when you're sick

I've taken probiotics too and no offense to duck but if you're sick as shit, they aren't going to do anything.
If you are sick (flu, cold etc), no it will not help rid you of that illness. On the other hand, if you have food poisoning they will help. Food poisoning is just bad bacteria that produces toxic bi-products, these bacteria thrive in our warm bodies feeding off of anything we recently ate (as well as stomach and intestinal lining). Our body then has an adverse reaction to this and, in an attempt to rid itself of the toxins, we have excessive vomit and diarrhea. If you add a good bacteria into the same element as the bacteria that is giving you issues, the probiotics will fight off some the bad bacteria and at least give you a little bit of relief and a chance for your body to somewhat recover. I have found it to really help out after bad diarrhea as they help your intestines regain the ability to break down foods and absorb nutrients.
low cals and fresh veggies and fruits daily has helped me drop 30 pounds and closing in on a six pack amazing how much better you feel when you eat right. I had two slices of pizza the other night and had diarrhea for like 3 days

I put on way to much weight eating and drinking my way through winter since I moved and started working. Started looking into how much I was actually eating and it was disgusting got up to 225-230 end of Feb/ early March. I've tried to hit the gym/bike but still not as motivated as I should be in there still feeling out an ideal routine. Cut out fast food/excessive beer drinking(most of the time) and am making an effort to eat better with the occasional cheat days. I am now back down to 200-205 right now still have 30 pounds to go and it's going to be a lot harder than my first 25 lbs. Walt Disney I think I heard on the news they were going to turn all of the Trader Joes into Kroger which would be terrible if true. Those veggie birds nests
Have been to the gym 5 of the last 6 days- only day off I was at the hunting camp cutting grass and doing farm work. Feels great getting back into after slacking a little and only going 3 times a week for a couple weeks.

Pre-prepared some eggs oven baking them in a cupcake pan so I have individual eggs ready to go in the morning. Heat for 20 seconds, I had one with a piece of whole wheat toast, cheese and some ham we had leftover. Heat up, toast bread, fold eat and go. Deluxe yo.

I fucking love eggs and go through a dozen in about 4 days. I plan on buying a house soon and will def be getting some chickens. Fresh, un-farmed, eggs are a goddamn dream.
Diet really is 99% of this game of life. I've been working 15-17 hour days for like 3 months now and haven't had the heart to workout as often as I should; however, my diet has been on point and my body looks like that of Sulla Felix himself... If I can get back into that exercise game, god the pussy and penis that will come my way.
