I’m having issues with spit/toothpaste going down the handle with the IO that I didn’t have with my sonicare.

 

yes, only complaint I have had. reduced amount of toothpaste by a tiny bit and started to keep the thing more level while brushing and it's helped.

 

You also need to take the head off and rinse the inside of it and the handle out. It’s best to store it with the head off the handle.

 

I figured that was just user error for me. I forgot to shut it off before I went to spit so debris got everywhere. The next time I just brushed for like 3:00 straight and when I got done I realized the whole toothbrush was covered
