Watched Friend Request on Netflix this morning. It is in no way great or maybe even good. but it did entertain me. The ending was a welcome surprise (although kind of obvious) given what I thought was coming.
Went to the movie theater and saw Urban Legend when I was 14. I remember liking it. Getting ready to watch it again now.
I vaguely remember that movie. Did it have a pop rocks and soda death or was that maybe in a sequel? I think it had sequels but I did not watch those.
Saw it a while back. Laughed my ass off with some of the translations. There's a line when one character says to another, "Just go, DOUCHE!" that I still laugh about.
Watched Train to Busan and The Invitation the last couple days. Both were pretty good, entertaining for sure.
The thing I liked so much about Creep was that I don’t know that I’ve ever been more uncomfortable watching a movie. It really does get under your skin, thought the ending was great also.
Finished Cargo last night (Netflix) and I thought it was pretty good. Not a lot of scary moments per se but I enjoyed the story and found it pretty enjoyable. I liked the way it ended.
I really like Mark Duplass, he’s so talented. He produced Wild Wild Country, and was the lead singer in the indie rock band Volcano, I’m Still Excited, and has really good range as an actor.
Download and watched Creep 2 last night and agree it was as good as the original. More suspenseful than most horror movies that are just torture/gore porn. I don’t know what we do when discussing the movies so I’ll spoiler this Spoiler which was it his intention all along to kill or be killed? How did he survive the stabbing and blow to the back of the head?
Watched Creep 2 this afternoon, thought it was good but did not care for the end as much as the first one. Really wanted them to explore the history of Duplass character more, it’s a fascinating concept of a backstory.
Started watching Creep last night on my Firestick. It was awful and I turned it off. Then I realized that it was mislabeled and I was actually watching this movie from 2004. https://m.imdb.com/title/tt0381966/
I legitimately had anxiety while watching both of them. Two of my favorite movies ever of any genre and definitely my favorite horror movies
I probably watched it for like 20 min longer than I should have simply because I didn't want to be judged in this thread for not liking it.
Just watched Creep 2 finally. what a great movie. Duplass is so good. I hope they run 1 or 2 more out and then kill it. Movie would suck without him.
He really is great, I still think one was much better but two was good. Am I the only person that enjoyed the V/H/S series? I thought the first two had some really good shorts in them, but the third one sucked .
Agreed completely on VHS. I need to rewatch the first Creep before I judge but I think I liked 2 better.
Did anyone see the long form adaption of the Amateur Night short (the one with the camera glasses) from the first movie called SiRen? It’s got good reviews on RT.
My wife and 14 yo daughter were pissed at me. I asked them if they wanted me to stop going to torrance and to take the good with the bad. The problem with being able to download everything is that you download everything.
