Agreed. I don't really drink much else besides some milk or fruit juice sometimes though. I'll get on a Gatorade/Powerade kick every now and then and I have a soft drink every few months or so. When I'm drinking alcohol, it's bourbon or beer 95% of the time. Ranch waters are delicious though.
Sunday is RomCom lay in a dark room day around here when I am “hungover”. I put it in quotes because like Barves2125 and mc415 i try to do things that minimize my hangovers and I usually just feel tired without the other usual symptoms. I like to have a breakfast sandwich when I wake up and soup for dinner.

Biolyte is a game changer for dehydration and overconsumption. One before bed and one in the morning. I even drink them throughout the week just to top off.
We went on a weekend trip and drank a bunch of good wines/beers and ate a bunch of good food and I feel like a bag full of mashed up assholes. I should have taken the day off. The day after I drink now usually triggers my anxiety as well.
