Love this show. I love just about any survival show. The second UK season was even better. These American dudes are dropping like flies. I would love to go on a show like this.
is it as good? have not watched it yet but noticed it coming on after the SCF on Saturday Night. American censorship probably knocks it back a few notches but Im a sucker for Bear Grylls. I have the 2nd season of UK downloaded, saw that its separate male and female islands just havent gotten around to watching it.
It's the exact same format as the UK version. Feels the pretty much the same. I'm pretty sure they using the same island as they used in the second UK season. And yeah - the second UK season is separate men and women groups. So it's like getting two seasons in one

This American season kind of sucked. Not sure why I didn't like it as much as the British version. Maybe because it was only 6 eps and we didn't get to know them that well. I think it was just shitty casting. Nothing really happened with the group dynamic. They all got along pretty well. Plus no big issues/obstacles arose that they had to over come. Highly recommend the two UK seasons. This one was boring.
