First of all, I would like to address your blasphemous comment. Subway does not have stale bread, so she would have no stale bread to beat him with. Also most people stay quiet because they just want to avoid getting into it with someone who is acting so irrational. Odds are that If confronted by a customer that guy would back down but people just prefer to avoid confrontation.

Officers arrested Mohammadi and Arteaga — and instead of flying to LAX they ended up riding in a police car to the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center in Miami-Dade County. Mohammadi is facing charges of disorderly intoxication and resisting an officer without violence. Arteaga is facing charges of disorderly intoxication, battery on a police officer, resisting arrest with violence and resisting arrest without violence.
