If she doesn’t have an employment contract specifying the reasons why she can be fired for cause, then they can fire her for any reason that doesn’t otherwise violate the law.

She could say she thinks the grass is too high in your front lawn and get fired. The employer doesn’t need to give a reason.

 

Presumably that’s why she’s suing for “racial discrimination” given race is a protected class.

 

Hopefully, her attorney gets sanctioned for bringing that suit.

If I heard correctly the one who punched said something like "don't tell me what to do". Not sure if she's talking about the attendant or the other dude at that point. Either way, a pretty good example of what's wrong with people nowadays.

I would think land as soon as possible but probably up to the captain. Although there's probably some zero tolerance policy the airline has in place.
