Im really looking foward to this. I was in highschool in 97/98. I remember being a Jordan hater in the early 90s and not appreciating his greatness but that changed when he came out of retirement the first time. This was helped by them not winning it all when he came back. I get frustrated with myself for having been a Lebron hater for no other reason than being a Kobe and Laker fan. The Cavs and Heat were never rivals with the Lakers. We should appreciate greatness more when it really doesn't impact your team. 3 more hours............
Did you keep reading? Tolin (the guy who’s quotes are literally right below that date) is clearly the one who “saw an opening”. Later in the article it says they finally got the meeting with him on the day of the parade and he agreed. This isn’t to say that is the reason, story made it seem coincidental which it likely was but I’m just posting this to call you an idiot for your post
Is there an actual statistical case you can even make anymore for MJ as GOAT, or is the entire argument just "ringzz bitch"
Sure, scoring titles, defensive first teams, his mid range game in the video posted above is just insane. Edit: You add all that up with the “Ringzz bitch” and you’ve at least got an argument about Jordan being the GOAT.
I don't remember the last time I watched anything other than a live sporting event live. We just record everything and watch it later, even an hour after it came on, to skip commercials. Can't wait to watch this so live it is.
Haha none, but if I were, I'd wear the Last Shots. I think they are in storage though. He only wore them in Game 3, 4, and 6 of the 98 Finals but they became famous bc of the last shot.
To whittle this down further, he led the league in scoring and steals 3 different seasons. Insane. One of those seasons he averaged 35/6/6 and led the league in steals per game. Statzzzzzzzz
Saw a YouTuber open a hype beast box with the UNC blue dead stock pair. Apparently that shoe is worth more than me.
These? Check out the Jordan 14 Retro Black University Blue available on StockX https://stockx.com/jordan-14-retro-black-university-blue Jordan only wore the black/red "playoffs version of the 14 and he only wore it 3 times.
The Laney low? That's the only blue 14. Might have been a different shoe. Check out the Jordan 14 Retro Low Laney (2015) available on StockX https://stockx.com/jordan-14-retro-low-laney-2015

Was it that Harrison kid? YouTube took me down a rabbit hole when I fell asleep last night and I was inundated with his videos.
