Love this thread. Pre-Trump, I was pretty okay with being a centrist democrat. His election and the zero fucks the GOP has given about moving hard to the the right have made me realize how dumb that is. I'm fully on board with trying to move this country back to the left, or at least towards a social democatic medium. Also, I hate Chuck Schumer almost as much as I hate Trump

The military generally doesn't pay for vet health care, that's through the Dept of Vet Affairs and is a separately funded entity from the Dept of Defense. The DoD spends ~25% of its budget on pay and benefits alone. Keep up.
