that's fine. But you're offering a mediocre 1B for someone who is one of the hottest hitters in the league
Can we do the draft again? My team is the worst in the league in five different categories, and my offense is an embarrassment.
I knew that my line-up wasn't going to be very good, but I didn't think everyone in it would suck. Kind of embarrassing at this point. Some of my sleeper guys at pitcher like Bumgarner and Buchholtz have sucked too.
Last 7 days: Ike Davis: 3 runs, 3 hr, 6 rbi, 0 steals, .381/1.321 Alex Gordon: 4 runs, 0 hr, 3 rbi, 2 steals .333/.901
really wish i wouldnt have cut sizemore, but had too many people on the dl/about to go on the dl already lemme look
Two weeks ago, I was all about Mike Stanton. Now I'm all about him and his home runs on a daily basis.
Champs league sucks. no one answers PM's or trade request. I guess that will happen when the top team is playing .700 baseball
I put up $6 I think for Hosmer and didn't come close, apparently. At least Pena seems to be coming around. My last week was awesome, but I wish I could have spread that out over the first five weeks instead of going apeshit in one week. Offense was legit last week.
Almost as painful as Sanchez's complete game shutout today pushing our matchup to 12-0-0 in my favor.
I am in dead last, but I really don't feel like my team is that bad. It seems like every week I get out to a big lead, and then my team just falls apart. Hopefully I can hold on to my 10-1-1 lead over snatch napkins.
I was horrible the first couple weeks and I didn't understand how everyone on my team sucked. I've since been unbeatable and I don't think I'm actually this good. Jay Bruce and Mike Stanton have basically been my entire team for the last month. If either of those guys goes down, I think I'm cooked.
Same here. My team struggled for about four weeks, but I'm starting to hit my stride now (29-2-5 last three weeks) without a whole lot of big names and a bunch of my guys not performing (namely Morneau, Bay, Roberts and Alvarez). Pitching has saved me for the most part.
