Switched to YTTV a few weeks ago. It's perfect for cfb.

 

I live in Illinois and have it through the sports pack .

 

Did you have to pay an extra fee? I consider Illinois an eastern state. Sorry. I think Illinois is in DirecTV’s so-called ACC Footprint because of ND. But I could be wrong. It’s pretty confusing when you talk to the DirecTV people.

 

I pay for the sports pack. I think DirectTV is just not offering ACCN on its premium/choice packages as a "free" offering unless you live in an ACC state. Otherwise you have to buy the sports pack. With that said, I don't technically pay for the sports pack as I am on some year long promo they offered me awhile back after I complained about missing a sports game due to some shitty argument they had ongoing with a network.

I think it's really annoying that ESPN is holding everyone hostage and telling people to call their service providers and demand they carry ACCN. For some reason homeboards go crazy over this shit as if it's only the service provider's fault.

The point of ACC network is to make money for the ACC. Wait till something people actually want to watch like an ACC basketball game ends up on the ACCN.
